Sepura Revenue Hits Record On Good Organic Growth And Teltronic Deal

22nd Oct 2015 08:05

LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital radio and critical communications provider Sepura PLC on Thursday said its revenue in the first half hit a record level thanks to strong organic growth and the contribution from Teltronic SAU, the US and Latin America-focused communications company it bought in May for EUR127.5 million.

Sepura said it expects revenue for the first half to the end of September to be around EUR93 million, up 70% year-on-year thanks to a 34% growth in organic revenue and the additional revenue on its books from Teltronic. It said the integration of Teltronic is on track and all forecast cost synergies have been secured.

Sepura said its current order book, pipeline, delivery of synergies on the Teltronic deal and its trading performance give it confidence it will meet market expectations for the full year.

"The solid start to the year and continuing demand give us confidence that we will deliver on market expectations for the full year," said Chief Executive Gordon Watling.

Shares in Sepura were up 0.3% to 171.50 pence on Thursday.
