LONDON (Alliance News) - Critical communications provider Sepura PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Russell King as its new chairman, effective from after its annual general meeting on September 7.
King will take over from John Hughes, who has been in the role for five years and will remain with the company as a strategic advisor.
King has been a non-executive at the company since July last year and currently sits on the boards of temporary power company Aggreko PLC and precision instruments manufacturer Spectris PLC.
Sepura shares were untraded early Wednesday, having last traded at 155.50 pence.
