Sensyne Health Directors Jenkins And Gilbert Step Down; Keogh Fills In

(Alliance News) - Sensyne Health PLC on Tuesday announced the resignation of Annalisa Jenkins and Andrew Gilbert from the board, with effect from Monday.

The clinical artificial intelligence technology company said it has appointed Independent Non-Executive Director Bruce Keogh as interim non-executive chair, effective immediately, until a new independent non-executive chair and additional independent non-executive directors are appointed.

Keogh is currently chair of Birmingham Women's & Children's NHS Foundation Trust. He previously served as medical director in the NHS and as director general in the Department of Health.

Keogh said: "The board would like to thank Annalisa and Andrew for their important and valuable contributions to the company. We are now in the process of bolstering our board and look forward to updating the market in due course."

Mary Hardy has been appointed as senior independent director and chair of the nomination committee. Hardy is currently a non-executive director on the boards of the Oil & Gas Authority and the Royal Navy.

Shares in Sensyne Health closed 7.9% lower at 76.00 pence per share in London on Tuesday.
