(Alliance News) - Clinical technology firm Sensyne Health PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Lorimer Headley has stepped down from his role and the company with immediate effect.
Headley has been part of Oxford-based Sensyne for three years since 2017. Sensyne said it expects to appoint an interim CFO shortly and will start the search for a permanent successor.
The company also said it is progressing with the appointment of a permanent non-executive chair and non-executive director.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Lorrie for his significant contribution to Sensyne over the past four years," said Interim Chair Bruce Keogh.
Shares in Sensyne Health were down 6.7% at 42.00 pence on Monday in London.
