LONDON (Alliance News) - Seneca Growth Capital VCT PLC on Friday said it has extended the deadline for a GBP10 million offer for subscription,with an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP10 million.
The investment company launched the offer in May last year. On Friday, it has extended the deadline to "no later" than Thursday next week for those investors seeking investment in the 2018/2019 tax year.
Meanwhile, for investors, who seeks investments in the 2019/2020 tax year, the timetable remains unchanged, with last application date being April 17.
Seneca Growth shares closed 5.7% lower on Friday at 33.00 pence each.
