LONDON (Alliance News) - Sefton Resources Inc Thursday said it has appointed a new chief financial officer and said it is making progress on further appointments as its executive chairman also left the company.
Sefton said Raylene Whitford has now started in her role as chief financial officer and said Daniel Levi, its executive chairman has stepped down.
The company said it is making progress on the appointments of a new chief executive and non-executive directors and has drawn up a shortlist of candidates for the roles. It expects to make further announcements on these appointments soon.
Once it has made those appointments, it will seek to appoint a non-executive chairman.
Shares in Sefton were up 0.1% to 0.2453 pence on Thursday.
