LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology company Seeing Machines Ltd on Monday said it has signed a marketing and licence deal with US machinery manufacturer Caterpillar Inc.
Under the deal Caterpillar Safety Solutions will provide monitoring and analytical services to customers globally using the Seeing Machines DSS products. It is the latest stage of a four-phase global alliance agreement between the two companies, Seeing Machines said.
Seeing Machines did not provide any financial details on the deal.
"The formalisation of this phase of the alliance agreement brings Seeing Machines one step closer to making our DSS intellectual property available as both a Caterpillar aftermarket product and as original equipment in a range of new Cat machines," said Seeing Machines Chief Executive Ken Kroeger.
