Seeing Machines Interim CEO Takes On Permanent Role; CFO To Leave

(Alliance News) - Seeing Machines Ltd on Thursday said interim Chief Executive Paul McGlone has been given the job on a permanent basis and with immediate effect.

Moreover, the computer vision technology firm said Chief Financial Officer Luke Oxenham will leave at the end of July. His interim replacement is Michael Cameron, who is engaged with CFO Advisory Services at KPMG with a specialism in the role of interim CFO.

Before his role with KPMG, Cameron spent more than six years as CFO of Alltype Engineering Pty Ltd.

McGlone is presently the general manager of Seeing Machines' Fleet division and will be succeeded in that role by Mike Lenne, who is chief scientific officer of Human Factors at Seeing Machines. Lenne has been made Senior Vice President of Fleet and Human Factors.

Seeing Machines Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary Ryan Murphy will stop being company secretary immediately so that he can take on the role of leveraging the company's intellectual property assets. General Counsel Susan Dalliston has been selected as the new company secretary.

Shares in Seeing Machines were down 2.8% at 2.94 pence on Thursday.
