LONDON (Alliance News) - Seeing Machines Ltd said Monday it has appointed a former Macquarie executive as its new chief financial officer.
Luke Oxenham will take over as CFO and a director of the company with immediate effect. Late last month, Seeing Machines announced that CFO James Palmer had decided to step down from his position for personal reasons.
The company, which develops driver monitoring systems for cars and fleet trucks, was without a CFO after James Palmer stepped down from the company for personal reasons on November 23.
Oxenham was previously the CFO of ASX-listed firms such as Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Ltd and toll road operator Intoll Group.
He also held senior roles at Macquarie Infrastructure Group, an toll-road arm of Australian bank and asset manager Macquarie Group Ltd, Deutsche Bank AG and National Australia Bank.
Chief Executive Officer Ken Kroeger said: "Luke's appointment further strengthens the experience and expertise of our senior management team, following our recent appointments of a chief operating officer and general manager of the group's Fleet division."
Shares in Seeing Machines were trading flat on Monday at 4.90 pence each.
