LONDON (Alliance News) - Seeing Machines Ltd said Friday that Chief Financial Officer James Palmer has decided to step down from his position for personal reasons.
Shares in Seeing Machines were trading 5.6% lower at 4.70 pence each in morning trade.
The company, which develops driver monitoring systems for cars and fleet trucks, added that it is in the final stages of appointing a new finance head and expects to make an announcement shortly. Palmer will remain with the company until mid-January in order to provide an orderly and comprehensive handover to his successor, it said.
"The last few years at Seeing Machines have been times of constant change and growth. This growth has been driven by a number of factors, including James' hard work and dedication to the business. I'd like to personally and publicly thank James for his tremendous contribution to the business, his support and his friendship during his time here and to offer him and his family our best wishes for the future," Chief Executive Ken Kroeger said.
