LONDON (Alliance News) - Vehicle monitoring technology provider Seeing Machines Ltd on Wednesday said James Walker has resigned as chief financial officer and executive director.
He has resigned to take on a chief executive role with another technology company, which Seeing Machines did not name.
Walker joined the company as CFO in June 2013 and was appointed to the board in January 2014.
He will step down on June 1, and Seeing Machines will start the process of identifying his replacement soon.
Seeing Machines shares were down 4.4% to 4.30 pence.
