LONDON (Alliance News) - Secure Trust Bank PLC said Wednesday it appointed Lucy Neville-Rolfe and Paul Myers as independent non-executive directors of the company with immediate effect.
Neville-Rolfe spent 15 years at Tesco PLC including six years as a main board executive director. She became a member of the House of Lords in 2013 and was a minister in the Business and Culture Departments and in HM Treasury until 2017.
She is currently a non-executive director of Capita PLC.
Myers has "many years of banking experience", having worked at Barclays Bank and then at Aldermore Bank where he was chief operating officer and group corporate development director.
He is currently chief executive officer of GKBK Ltd, a new banking venture.
Secure Trust Bank shares were trading down 0.4% at 1,375.00 pence each.
