LONDON (Alliance News) - Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd said on Monday that Non-Executive Director Frazer Macrae has stepped down from the board with immediate effect, and the company is in "advanced discussions" with a potential replacement.
Macrae tender his resignation immediately prior to the start of Sealand's annual general meeting, which was held earlier on Monday.
"We are already in advanced discussions with a potential replacement, who is based in the UK and we expect to make an announcement soon," said Executive Chair Nelson Law.
Shares in Sealand Capital were untraded at 3.25 pence on Monday.
