LONDON (Alliance News) - Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd on Thursday said it appointed Mark Battles as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Battles has "extensive experience" working with UK listed companies in both executive and non-executive roles, Sealand said.
"He has particular experience working with turnaround situations in high growth sectors such as digital marketing and media, telecoms and financial services," the investment company added.
Among the companies he worked with in the past 10 years there are, Nexus Management PLC, Concha PLC and Avisen PLC.
Battles has also founded the League of Angels, an investment society which provides a platform and community for angel investors and helps promoting UK businesses.
Sealand Capital Galaxy shares were untraded at 3.25 pence each on Thursday around midday.
