LONDON (Alliance News) - Content management and language translation software provider SDL PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Adolfo Hernandez as its new chief executive.
Hernandez will take on the role from April 18, having previously been the chief executive of mobile communications software company Acision Ltd until August last year.
David Clayton, currently SDL's executive chairman, will revert to non-executive chairman.
SDL shares were untraded Wednesday morning, having last traded at 421.00 pence.
