18th Jul 2014 13:36

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scottish Investment Trust PLC Friday said that John Kennedy has left the company after spending a decade as its manager.

Kennedy, who spent 21 years with the trust in total, will continue to work as a consultant for a short period in order to ensure an orderly handover of his responsibilities.

The trust said that Alasdair McKinnon, its current assistant manager, will take on the vacated role. He has been with the company since 2003.

Scottish Investment Trust shares were Friday quoted down 0.2% at 575.00 pence.
