LONDON (Alliance News) - Gold mining investment company Scotgold Resources Ltd said on Monday it has appointed Peter Hetherington and William Styslinger as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Hetherington is currently chief executive officer of FTSE 250-listed retail stockbroker IG Group Holdings PLC, a role he has held for three years since 2015.
Styslinger is currently director of Nasdaq-listed broadband network devices provider Casa Systems Inc, where he has been for six years since 2012.
"We are delighted that Peter and Bill have accepted positions on our board. The additional strength and depth of experience they bring will greatly assist us as we bring Cononish on stream and look to future growth for the company," said Chairman Nathaniel le Roux.
Shares in Scotgold Resources were untraded at 2.6%, while IG Group shares were down 0.2% at 865.00 pence on Monday.
