LONDON (Alliance News) - Sport nutrition company Science in Sport PLC on Wednesday said its sales were in line with market expectations for the year ended December 31, with strong trading continuing into 2016.
The company said its revenue for the year will be GBP9.5 million, up 18% from GBP8.0 million for the same period the previous year, driven in part by growth in international markets.
It said trading was particularly strong in the final quarter of the year, and said it remained confident this growth would continue into the new year, pointing to the roll out of its new line of WHEY20 protein products in April.
Science in Sport will issue its full-year results on 22 March.
Its shares were down 0.9% at 52.01 pence Wednesday morning.
