LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Smart Technologies Group Ltd on Wednesday said Science Group PLC now holds a 24.6% stake in the company.
On Tuesday, Science Group acquired 5.8 million shares in Frontier at 30 pence each, raising its total interest to 10.0 million Frontier shares.
Frontier Smart shares were trading 5.2% lower at 32.25p each, while Science Group shares were up 2.0% at 206.00p on Wednesday afternoon.
