LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroders PLC said Wednesday it purchased for cancellation 10,500 non-voting ordinary shares at an average price of 2,049.0616 pence per share.
The shares were purchased on Wednesday from JP Morgan Securities PLC.
Following the purchase, Schroders holds 36,866 non-voting ordinary shares in treasury, and has 57,945,499 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue, in each case excluding treasury shares.
Shares of the asset manager and private banker closed Wednesday at 2,518.00p, down 1.00p.
