Schroders Bgeo Holding Falls Below 5% Notifiable Threshold (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bgeo Group PLC said Tuesday Schroders PLC has cut its stake in the company below the 5% threshold.

Before Monday's transaction, Schroders had held a 5.0% interest in the Georgia-focused investment platform.

Bgeo shares closed up 0.9% on Tuesday at 3,546.00 pence each.
