Schroder Real Estate Non Executive Director Keith Goulborn Retires

LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd, an investment firm specialising in property funds, announced the retirement of non-executive director Keith Goulborn Tuesday.

Goulborn's retirement is effective from March 31.

Goulborn was appointed to the board on May 27, 2004. He was head of Unilever’s UK Property Department for 17 years.

The directors of Schroder said they "are very grateful to Keith for his wise counsel and significant contribution to the board over the last fourteen years."

Shares in Schroder Real Estate Investment were down 1.5% to 57.90 pence each Tuesday afternoon.
