LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder Income Growth Fund PLC on Thursday said it appointed Victoria Muir as independent non-executive director of the company, with effect July 23.
Muir has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including asset management and inter-dealer broking, the company said.
Currently, she is a director of Invesco Perpetual Select Trust PLC, Premier Global Infrastructure Trust PLC, PGIT Securities 2020 PLC and Christie Group PLC.
Schroder Income Growth Fund shares were trading down 1.8% at 281.25 pence each.
