LONDON (Alliance News) - Immunotherapy development firm Scancell Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has appointed John Chiplin as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
He will take over from David Evans, who has resigned from the role after making a decision to cut down the number of non-executive chairmanships he holds.
Chiplin joined the group in October last year as a senior non-executive director and Scancell said the appointment was in line with its strategy of increasing its focus on the US market.
Scancell shares were down 3.6% to 20.00 pence on Thursday morning.
