(Alliance News) - Estate agent Savills PLC on Thursday said it has appointed US real estate industry veteran Dana Roffman as an additional independent non-executive director with effect from November 1.
"We are delighted that Dana is joining the board so that Savills can benefit from her extensive real estate experience, notably in the US, which in particular will be invaluable as we further grow our US business," Savills Chair Nicholas Ferguson said.
Roffman is currently a partner at investment firm Angelo Gordon LP. She also serves as a managing director and investment committee member in the US Real Private Equity Group of Angelo Gordon, which she joined in 1994, prior to which she held various positions with Arthur Andersen Real Estate Services.
Savills shares in London closed at 917.50 pence each on Thursday, down 1.3%.
