LONDON (Alliance News) - Property advisor Savills PLC on Tuesday said Nick Ferguson will become its chairman after its annual general meeting in May.
He will take over from Peter Smith, who will retire after the meeting.
Ferguson is currently the chairman of Sky PLC, the pay-TV broadcaster, and was a co-founder of Schroder Ventures, the private equity firm which later became Permira.
