LONDON (Alliance News) - Savannah Resources PLC on Tuesday said it has started a versatile time domain electromagnetics and airborne magnetic survey at the Block 4 copper-gold project in Oman.
Savannah expects the surveys to take four to five weeks to complete and said the Block 4 prospect contains over 35 kilometres in strike of prospective ophiolite with multiple prospective copper-gold contacts identified.
"The commencement of the VTEM survey is an important step forward as we continue to unlock the value potential of our Oman copper-gold projects," said Savannah Chief Executive David Archer.
