LONDON (Alliance News) - Savannah Resources PLC said its shares have started trading on Quotation Board Segment of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The resource development company already trades on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and also in Stuttgart, Germany. It will retain these listings in addition to the new one.
Savannah said it believes the Frankfurt listing will "increase the company's investor and corporate visibility in Europe, particularly in Germany, which is one of the continent's largest consumers of lithium".
The new listing was facilitated by Frankfurt-based securities trading bank Steubing AG.
Savannah shares were flat at 7.90 pence in London on Tuesday.
