LONDON (Alliance News) - Savannah Petroleum PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a framework contract covering the acquisition of seismic data from its licence areas in Niger.
The company has signed a deal with BGP Niger Sarl for the 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition survey for the R1/R2 and R3/R4 licence areas in south east Niger.
Work on the contract is set to start in the first half, with further updates to be provided when appropriate.
Shares in Savannah Petroleum were untraded Wednesday morning. They last closed at 24.00 pence.
