LONDON (Alliance News) - Santander UK PLC Monday said it has appointed Nathan Bostock, Royal Bank Of Scotland Group PLC's former finance boss, as its chief executive.
In a statement, Santander said Bostock replaces Ana Botín, who earlier this month was appointed to chair the board of Banco Santander, the UK bank's Spanish parent company, following the death of her father, Emilio Botín.
Bostock joined Santander UK as chief risk officer and deputy chief executive in December, after less than three months as finance director of RBS.
