LONDON (Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC on Thursday said it expects to report results for 2015 in line with its expectations, with its pipeline of new business prompting the outsourcer to declare confidence about its prospects in 2016.
Sanne, a provider of outsourced corporate and fund administration, reporting and fiduciary services, said it enjoyed "good growth" across all its core business lines in 2015, with increased revenue from existing clients and "success" in attracting new clients.
Total secured new business for the year amounted to about GBP13.0 million on a "projected annualised fee" basis.
"The full revenue impact of many of these new structures will commence in 2016," Sanne said. "This performance reflects both continued positive underlying markets and the group's successful strategy to drive growth through its focus on alternative asset classes, with the debt, real estate and private equity business divisions, in particular, seeing strong momentum."
The company will report earnings for 2015 on March 21.
Shares in Sanne were up 2.2% at 373.00 pence on Thursday.
