LONDON (Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed the former group chief executive of KBL European Private Bankers to its board.
The appointment of Yves Stein was effective from Monday, when he joined the asset and corporate services company as an independent non-executive director.
He is the former chief executive of Union Bancaire Privee (Europe) SA and of Wealth Management of BNP Paribas in Switzerland.
At present, Stein is a non-executive director at both Merck Finck Privatbankiers in Germany and Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) SA in Luxembourg.
Sanne also announced that its head of mergers & acquisitions and strategy, Spencer Daley, has stepped down with immediate effect.
Shares in Sanne closed down 2.0% at 644.00 pence on Tuesday.
