LONDON (Alliance News) - San Leon Energy PLC Monday said it had raised GBP25.8 million in the second part of a placing the oil and gas producer announced in September to help pay for an acquisition and development activity.
The company announced the placing, which it said it would undertake in two tranches, September 25 when it acquired 75% of Turkey's Alpay Enerji AS for USD4 million. It completed the first part of the placing September 30, raising GBP5.3 million.
San Leon shares were up 1.7% at 4.2 pence Monday morning.
