(Alliance News) - Sage Group PLC on Friday said President and Executive Director Blair Crump will step down from his board role of executive director on February 25, and then as president with effect on March 31.
The FTSE 100 accounting software firm also announced the stepping down of Non-Executive Director Soni Jiandani from her role, also effective from February 25. She joined the company in February 2017.
Crump was been part of Sage since 2016, starting as president and then joining the board in 2018.
"Blair has played an integral part in the leadership of the business. His commercial insights have added further depth to our board discussions. We thank him for his contribution," said Chair Donald Brydon.
"I would like to thank Soni for her contribution to the board, in particular the insight and experience she brought to Board discussions on technology transformation and market disruption," he added.
Sage shares closed untraded on Thursday in London, last quoted at 739.20 pence each.
