Safestyle UK Says Full-Year Profits, Revenue To Be In Line With Expectations

LONDON (Alliance News) - Windows and door maker Safestyle UK PLC Monday said profits and revenue for the financial year just ended are expected to be in line with expectations.

The manufacturer and retailer, which listed on AIM in mid-December, said it expects its profit for 2013 to be in line with expectations, with revenue of more than GBP124 million, an increase of 12% on the previous year.

Safestyle UK said that manufacturing increased during the year, with 250,185 frames produced, up from 232,687 in 2012, whilst the number of installations increased by 9.4% to 55,112.

The company also said it continued to increase its market share during the year to 7.85%, up from 7.49% a year earlier.

Safestyle UK said its order book at the year end was strong, and order intake in the first three weeks of 2014 has got off to a positive start, beating management expectations.

The company said it will release its full-year results om March 31.

Safestyle UK shares were trading 1.3% lower at 157.00 pence per share Monday morning.
