LONDON (Alliance News) - Hostel operator Safestay PLC said Friday it will appoint the current chief finance officer of onefinestay Group, Herve Deligny, as its own CFO.
Deligny will join Safestay next Tuesday as Sharon Segal, the company's current finance director and company secretary, steps down.
Prior to his position at onefinestay, Deligny was chief operating officer at HotelInvest in the UK. Both onefinestay and HotelInvest are part of AccorHotels, where he served as CFO and company director of the UK arm.
Shares in Safestay were down 2.1% at 46.00 pence on Friday.
