LONDON (Alliance News) - SacOil Holdings Ltd on Thursday said its Mena International Petroleum Co Ltd subsidiary has started the second phase of field development works at the Lagia oil field in Egypt.
The second phase will include the installation of steam facilities for a thermal recovery process on existing production well at the site and the drilling of five new production wells.
SacOil said it will announce more details on the second phase work programme in due course.
Shares in SacOil were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 0.975 pence.
