(Alliance News) - S4 Capital PLC on Monday said its programmatic solutions provider MightyHive has acquired Datalicious from Equifax Inc.
Datalicious is a data and analytics consultancy based in Asia Pacific.
London-based digital advertising firm S4 stated the purchase of Datalicious by MightHive strengthens its data capabilities and adds talent and clients in Australia, New Zealand and India.
"We are delighted to welcome the Datalicious staff and clients to S4Capital and further expand our Data and Digital Media practice in the crucial Asia Pacific region. Asia Pacific is currently our fastest growing region, but only 10% of our revenue. We aim to make it 40%," said Chair Martin Sorrell.
No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
Shares in S4 Capital were trading 1.3% higher at 501.43 pence each on Monday morning in London.
