(Alliance News) - S4 Capital PLC on Friday said it will issue 1.9 million shares as initial consideration for the merger of its content arm, Media.Monks, with Los Angeles-based marketing agency Cashmere.
Shares in S4 Capital were down 0.1% at 821.00 pence in London on Friday morning, at that price making the share issue worth around GBP15.8 million.
The London-based marketing firm reported the merger of Cashmere with Media.Monks on Wednesday, and no financial details of the deal were disclosed at that time. It said the merger will expand its "creative and culture capabilities" in the US and wider world.
