(Alliance News) - S4 Capital PLC on Monday announced the acquisitions of two new advertising and marketing businesses for an undisclosed sum to "significantly" expand the capabilities of both its content and data & digital media practices.
The London-based digital advertising firm said its content practice are built around its subsidiary, creative digital content production company MediaMonks, and its data & digital media practice is built around its other subsidiary, data and digital media consultancy MightyHive.
S4 Capital said New York-based integrated agency Decoded Advertising will combine with MediaMonks, and New York-based digital marketing agency Metric Theory will combine with MightyHive to continue building its "unitary new age and new era advertising and marketing services model."
Executive Chair Martin Sorrell said: "Both combinations continue our momentum, broadening our digital, strategic, creative, data & digital media capabilities in line with our objectives for 2021. Matt and his colleagues at Decoded share our vision of using data to develop and produce effective creative work and distribute campaigns through digital media. They have created an award-winning, highly successful agency, which will be a significant addition to the family."
Shares in S4 Capital were up 3.2% at 516.00 pence in London on Monday.
