LONDON (Alliance News) - Ryanair Holdings PLC Friday reported a 6% increase in passenger numbers in October, while it also filled more seats on its planes.
It flew 8.02 million passengers during the month, compared with 7.54 million in October 2012. Its load factor, a measure of how full its planes are, rose to 83% from 82%.
Over the 12 months to end-October, it has flown 80.9 million passengers, up 2% on the previous 12 month period.
Ryanair shares were down 1.8% at EUR5.9886 in London Friday morning.
