LONDON (Alliance News) - AVEVA Group PLC Thursday said Russian engineering and design company JSC Giprogazoochistka has expanded its use of AVEVA software as it looks to boost project capacity.
The expanded agreement between the FTSE 250-listed information technology company and Giprogazoochistka will see the latter adopt a range of new AVEVA products, including its PDMS, Diagrams, Instrumentation, Review, Engineering, Bocad, Cable Design and Schematic 3D Integrator solutions.
"Giprogazoochistka was one of the first companies to implement AVEVA Engineering and its specialists were closely involved in the development of this powerful solution," said AVEVA Russia & CIS regional manager Dmitry Smeltsov.
"AVEVA places a high value on such early stage collaboration, as it is crucial to the continual progression of AVEVA solutions and helps our customers to achieve their goals faster and with fewer risks," Smeltsov added.
AVEVA shares were up 0.5% at 2,155 pence per share Thursday morning.
