(Alliance News) - Ruffer Investment Co Ltd on Friday said Chair Ashe Windham will retire at the company's annual general meeting on December 4.
The investment company also said that Non-Executive Director Chris Russell will become chair after Windham's retirement.
The company also said that it has appointed Nicholas Pink as a non-executive director from September 1 and that it is searching a replacement for Director John Baldwin who is planning to retire in June. Pink will replace Chair Windham on the company's board.
Pink owns 31,781 shares in Ruffer Investment, including family holdings, which represents 0.12% of the company's shares in issue.
Ruffer shares in London were up 0.9% at 227.00 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
