RSA Insurance Picks Jupiter Fund Management Finance Head As Non-Exec

LONDON (Alliance News) - RSA Insurance Group PLC said Thursday it appointed Charlotte Jones as non-executive director of the FTSE 100-listed insurer from the start of April.

Jones - who is currently the chief financial officer at Jupiter Fund Management PLC - will join the audit and risk committees.

"I am delighted to welcome Charlotte to RSA's board," RSA Chairman Martin Scicluna said. "She brings significant financial services and technical financial and accounting expertise which will complement well the existing expertise of the board. We look forward to leveraging Charlotte's commercial and finance experience and knowledge to help ensure that RSA continues to deliver value for its customers and shareholders."

Shares in RSA were 0.5% higher at 632.80 pence on Thursday.
