LONDON (Alliance News) - Plastic products company RPC Group PLC on Thursday said revenue and adjusted operating profit will be higher for its financial year to the end of March.
FTSE 250-listed RPC said revenue will be significantly higher year-on-year, benefiting from good organic sales growth and acquisition contributions.
Adjusted operating profit also will rise significantly and in line with RPC's expectations, it said, as synergies from the acquisition of Promens, the Icelandic rigid plastic packaging and components company that RPC bought in November 2014, feed through.
RPC will publish its annual results for the year ending March 31 on June 2.
