LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Mail PLC said Monday Non-Executive Director Paul Murray will step down form the board with effect from conclusion of the company's annual general meeting in July.
Murray, who served on the board for nine years, will also step down from all the postal service's committees. Keith Williams, will replace him as chair of the audit and risk committee.
Royal Mail shares were trading up 2.4% early Monday afternoon at 558.60 pence.
