LONDON (Alliance News) - Roxi Petroleum PLC on Monday said it has agreed to extend the exclusivity period for its talks on the sale of the Galaz contract area in Kazakhstan.
Roxi has been in talks with a consortium led by China-listed Xinjiang Zhundong Petroleum Technology Co since early January over the possible sale of the Galaz licence.
The exclusivity period granted to Xinjiang on the deal has been extended to February 10 from January 31, Roxi said.
Shares in Roxi were down 2.0% to 8.45 pence on Monday morning.
