LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed Rotork PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Ann Christin Andersen and Tim Cobbold as non-executive directors, effective from Saturday.
Once appointed, they will both become members of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees on the board.
Christin is currently chief digital officer of TechnipFMC, a provider of project life cycles services for the energy industry.
Cobbold is currently the chief executive officer of UMB PLC and was previously the chief executive officer of De La Rue PLC.
Chairman Martin Lamb said: "I am delighted to welcome Ann Christin and Tim to our board. Ann Christin brings extensive experience of the oil and gas industry and the application of new technology, most recently in the digital space; and Tim is a highly experienced CEO with extensive industrial expertise and a high level of familiarity with a number of our end markets and geographies. I very much look forward to working with them."
Shares in Rotork were down 0.7% Wednesday at 250.80 pence each.
