LONDON (Alliance News) - Birmingham-based bus operator Rotala PLC on Friday said it has spent GBP1.3 million on acquiring the Heathrow-based business of OFJ Connections Ltd.
The assets acquired primarily focus on the movement of crew for a large number of airlines from their aircraft to hotels and other destinations, including Gatwick Airport, Rotala said.
The deal will add around 70 vehicles to Rotala's Heathrow fleet and will be integrated with its existing operations at the airport.
Rotala does not expect the deal to have a material impact on its results for the 2015-16 financial year, but anticipates it will start to contribute thereafter.
