(Alliance News) -Â Bus operator Rotala PLC on Tuesday said it has completed the sale of its long leasehold depot at Atherton, greater Manchester, to J Fisher & Sons Ltd for GBP600,000.
"The depot became surplus to requirements when the Bolton depot was acquired in August 2019. The net proceeds, after transaction costs, approximate to the net book value of the assets and will be used to reduce the net debt of the company," the firm said.
Rotala shares closed up 1.7% at 35.10 pence in London on Tuesday.
